Event Organizer Contest
There is no doubt that events that bring communities together with the aim of improving them generate a special kind of rewarding and invigorating energy. The individuals who take the lead in their community and spend countless hours organizing, motivating, nurturing, and rallying their communities are priceless but too often unsung. The Event Organizer Contest prize gives back to these selfless individuals.

Research
Reaching out our arms to welcome girls and women in the industry is only the first step. We must develop an environment that allows them to thrive. Very little research has been done to specifically address the integration of women in the air and space industry.

First-to-solo Challenge
Each year, during Women Of Aviation Worldwide Week (week of March 8), pilots take thousands of girls and women on their first flight. None will forget their once-in-a-lifetime experience. For some however, it is more. It is a turning point in their lives that motivates them to take the next steps. The First-To-Solo Challenge prize rewards girls and women who take the next step.
