You are invited to come and land at Headcorn Airport in England and/or Le Touquet Airport in France on March 10 2012.
The airport operators are offering to waive all landing and parking fees for pilots who have on-board, at least one girl or one woman who is discovering flying in a small aircraft during the flight(s).
After your landing, you will be welcomed with a big smile and invited to register your flight once we take a photo of the entire crew. You will receive a gift bag, a t-shirt, and a certificate of accomplishment. Your female passengers will receive a temporary tattoo and a certificate.
Then, you will be free to join the festivities. You will, of course, get a chance to meet the other pilots but also, to discover the local history and culture, and to get some information about aviation products and services. Moreover, you will be able to enjoy performances by local entertainers, meet local officials, and try local products free of charge.
The gathering takes place between 11:00 and 16:00 UTC (11:00-16:00 U.K. local time; 12:00-17:00 France local time) at the designated airports.
We are encouraging you to visit both airports. The flight time between the two is around 30-45 minutes for most smaller aircraft.
Each airport has a restaurant on-site and hotels nearby. You are invited to arrive before the gathering or stay after, if you so wish, in these attractive and friendly communities.
Whether you are a man or a woman, to participate you must:
- Hold a valid pilot licence (balloon, glider, airplane, helicopter, etc…)
- Be qualified to transport passengers according to the rules in your country
- Use an aircraft in good mechanical shape that is properly insured for the transportation of passengers
- Invite girls and/or woman who have not flown in a small aircraft to fly with you
Aircraft rental is available at each airport.

How can you choose your female passengers?
The only rule for passenger selection is that the female passengers must discover flying in a small aircraft during the flight.
You could invite a family member or a friend to whom you have promised a flight but the opportunity never materialized, or a customer, or maybe offer the flight to a stranger from your region through a contest that you organize. The passenger can be a child, a grand-mother, or anyone in between. Age doesn’t matter.
Offering such unique experience is an amazing gift. Choose your passenger(s) with care. You are assured to receive many thanks and maybe more importantly, put a little of magic in someone else’s life.
Each airport is properly equipped to welcome small to medium size aircraft. Headcorn Airport has a grass runway while Le Touquet Airport has a tarmac runway. For more details, please review the information for each airport.
