Certified Women Friendly Flight Training Facility
Studies show that when women are shopping for products and services, they conduct extensive research before buying and tend to trust referrals over advertising.
To help these women select their training partners and product suppliers, we have decided to identify those businesses that demonstrate a pro-women attitude.
Serving female customers is mandated by law. The criteria to qualify for our list are the following:
- Flight training facility and aviation business participates in community outreach programs towards girls and women
- Flight training facility and aviation business is actively involved in promoting aviation to women (e.g., involved in Women of Aviation Worldwide Week)
Women Friendly Aviation Business Seal
Although flight training facilities and aviation businesses not on our list may turn out to be a good fit for some female customers, flight training facilities and aviation businesses actively involved in encouraging more women to participate are a far safer choice.
We encourage women-friendly flight training facilities and women-friendly aviation businesses to contact us to be added to the list. The women friendly flight training facilities list and the women friendly aviation business list are viewable within this website and a link will be emailed to each girl and woman that goes on a flight during Women of Aviation Worldwide Week.
Furthermore, each certified women-friendly flight training facility will receive a seal to add to their advertising. The seal is valid for one year only.
